Most lessons are thirty minutes=$30.00. Lesson rate is $1.00 per minute if students want a longer lesson.
There will be periods of time where it will be very difficult for me to keep a regular teaching schedule ( November through March is generally a little lighter). If you are looking for a weekly or regular time slot I’m afraid I am not your man: at this point we will have to work out times to ‘meet’ on a first –come-first-served basis. But when my schedule is lighter it may very well be that we could meet for a few weeks in a row: just be prepared to be flexible.
I have been a professional musician for many years and have co-authored several books with Dan Miller, along with teaching several week-long music camps through the years(see my bio) .I feel like I have a thorough, logical, easy-going teaching style: hope to see you soon!
Most computers these days have a camera built in: if yours does not, let me know and I can make some recommendations.
Skype is free and easy to use: go to skype.com and sign up.
Once you are signed up, go to ‘Add Contact’ and put in: timmaystrings1 and click ‘Find’. I will respond to your request and we will be connected.
We will contact each other through the yahoo email above, and when it is time to connect on Skype I will call you (on Skype); make sure to have video ‘ON’.
Most folks prefer to pay through PayPal by sending $ to my timmaystrings@yahoo.com PayPal account.
